My Passion is working at the intersection of People and Planet

My journey started with coffee. For 15 years I traded green coffee across continents, travelling to Guatemala and community gatherings in Kenya - and what I found there changed everything. I didn’t just see supply chains. I saw people, purpose and the urgent need to connect the two.

That conviction has shaped everything since building UTZ Certified from start-up to the world’s largest sustainability/certification program, navigating a major merger at the Rainforest Alliance, and ultimately finding my way to coaching - because I realized that sustainable change in the world starts with sustainable change in people.

What I do

Today I work with leaders and organisations in both the corporate and mission-driven worlds — because the challenges are more similar than they appear. Whether you lead a sustainability team in a multinational or run programmes for an NGO, you are navigating complexity, culture, and change. And you need to do it while staying true to what you believe in.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, leadership development, and culture change. I help individuals find their footing in shifting environments, and I help organisations build the kind of cultures that make sustainable impact possible — not as a side project, but as a way of working.

I integrate mindfulness and inner development practices where relevant, because lasting change rarely happens without it.
