Leadership is not just about what you do — it's about who you are while you do it. Coaching, as the ICF defines it, is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. My approach is rooted in a simple conviction: inner growth drives outer change. When leaders develop from within — in self-awareness, clarity, and purpose — the impact ripples outward into their teams, their organisations, and the world they are trying to change.
My role is to ask the right questions, hold the space, and walk alongside you.
What we work on
Every coaching engagement is shaped by the person and the context. Common themes include finding clarity and purpose in a complex, fast-moving role. Developing the emotional intelligence and self-awareness to lead with impact — especially across cultures and in environments of change. Building sustainable energy and resilience, so that leading others doesn't come at the cost of yourself. Translating values and strategy into concrete, everyday leadership behaviour.
I bring to each engagement over 30 years of experience navigating change across continents, sectors, and cultures — as a trader, a sustainability leader, a change maker, and a coach. That breadth, combined with a multilingual and cross-cultural perspective, informs how I see you and your situation.
How we work together
We start with a chemistry session — no commitment, just a conversation to see if there's a fit. If we decide to proceed, we define clear objectives and success measures together in a coaching agreement.
Engagements are shaped by what you need. A short-term intervention focused on a specific challenge or transition typically runs over three months. Deeper leadership development work usually takes six months. Some clients choose ongoing accompaniment — a trusted thought partner over time.
Sessions take place in person or virtually. I am based in Switzerland and work with clients across Europe and internationally. For team coaching, I am happy to travel.
I speak English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, and bring a multilingual, cross-cultural perspective to every engagement.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential, in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. I am an ICF member and IMD accredited coach.
