The Sustainable
Coaching Journey
Once we embark on a coaching journey together:
We have a “chemistry call” to get to know each other and decide if and how to proceed.
We define clear objectives and success metrics in a coaching agreement.
We usually agree on a package of 6 – 10 coaching sessions,
starting with 6 and then jointly deciding about any additional sessions.Coachings usually take place by video call, in person meetings can be agreed upon.
The content of the coachings remains confidential, according to the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation.
